For over eighteen (18) years, our Principle, Shaniqua Green, has delivered excellence in client service through her private and public sectors federal government experience. As Managing Principal, Shaniqua Green, leads the daily business operations and oversees the execution of Strategic Management Solutions, LLC strategies and initiatives. Shaniqua founded her small consulting boutique in Charleston, South Carolina in 2007, with a focus on delivering clients fact-based, value-driven approach to business analysis and process reengineering. Shaniqua has a long track record of engaging clients to develop and execute strategies focused on driving business performance. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Instructor, Internal Auditor and Professional Coach. Shaniqua earned her Masters from Georgetown University in 2004 and undergraduate degrees from North Carolina Central University in 1999.

Marcia Green, our Senior Consultant, has thirty two (32) years as an Executive in the University Systems in New York City. She has held positions as Interim Dean, Comptroller and Business Manager. She earned her MBA in 1999 from Bernard Baruch College.
